[WriteLog] IA QSO Party Module

I need a module for the IA QSO party.  I know wl1073_with_IAQP_msiupg.exe 
includes this module, but I have version 10.63 which is too old for a free 
upgrade.  Do I have to purchase an upgrade, or is the IA QSO party available as 
a stand alone module?
