I am trying to get set up for the ARRL 160 CW contest
tomorrow, but find I cannot arrange the windows to where I
want them. They will not move. I get the "box cursor"
symbol OK, but the windows will not drag. Double clicking
doesn't seem to undock them from where the pop up on the
screen. This is the first time I have tried to do this on a
new pc. All other functions (logging and radio control)
seem to work OK. What am I missing?
