[WriteLog] Writelog won't hold Keyboard Shortcuts settings

An odd new issue...

Since upgrading to Writelog 10.74J, a couple of Keyboard Shortcuts  
keep changing, specifically ALT + W was my shortcut for Clear QSO. It  
changed to ALT + F08.

So I go to KB Shortcuts under the Tools menu bar, click Set to  
Default, and a prompt comes up "Assign F1 etc like CT?", and I click  
Yes, then OK.

ALT + W now works fine.

Until I Save, Close and Restart Writelog. Whereupon it is back to ALT  
+ F08.

WTF?
