[WriteLog] Windows 7 32 bit and Cabrillo File

Morning

I'm trying to create a cabrillo file for the ARRK DX contest. When I try 
to export the Cabrillo File all the drop down boxes (Location, Powe,r 
Mode, etc,) are empty and it will not allow me to enter any thing in the 
fields. I even tried installing the latest version 10.75N but that 
didn't make any difference.

Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it??
