* Telnet window can accept longer addresses
than will fit in the dialog box.
* AdvanceCursorOnInsert INI entry introduced in
previous update now works.
* Update rig driver interfaces to enable writing a rig
driver that simulates multiple rigs. This update
cannot be seen by running WriteLog, but involves
writing a custom rig driver.
* Update COQP for 2010 rules.
* Update IAQP for 2010 rules.
* Add keyboard shortcuts to control rig functions.
* Add support for rig drivers to have custom commands.
* Updated WriteLog Kenwood driver to read custom
commands from writelog.ini.
* Save and restore the setup for third and fourth Entry Windows.
