Hi Norman,

The WAE Phone contest module is working correctly.  The WL Help manual has a 
section titled 'WAE Contest (all modes and QTHs)"  In this section under 
"Receive QTC Dialog" it states "ALT+R bring up the Receive QTC dialog. (Only 
if received QTCs are allowed by the rules)."  For the WAE SSB contest rule 
7. QTC Traffic states, "...A QTC is the report of an earlier contest QSO 
from DX back to a European station (exception: RTTY, see para. 13)."  So 
under the rules of this contest stations outside of EU can only send QTCs 
and EU stations can only receive QTCs.  Thus the receive QTC dialog brought 
up by ALT+R is not functional in this contest.
