To use Insert, you have to add a line in the writelog.ini file to tell WL which 
F key to send.  All the information for that can be found at:

http://rttycontesting.com/writelog/rttystarter/starter_page10.htm

I do need to update this page to include the information that you can now 
control the order in which the right-click options in Rttyrite appear.
