[WriteLog] 10.84d Crash Problem

I am running Win7 64 bit and the latest version seems to crash if I select a
recently used contest instead of new.  Anyone else see this?  Also, I notice
that the small toolbar on the left of the entry window (with save, open etc
short cuts) so does work properly.  I can only dislodge it from the entry
window and move it around.  The short cuts are dead.
