I made a mistake when I "re-wrote" cty_rus.dat back in the fall. Make
sure you have the latest WriteLog data files from:
http://www.country-files.com/cty/history.htm
(click on the WriteLog link next to the 16 March 2011 release).
You will have to extract all the .dat files into the appropriate
directory (see http://www.country-files.com/cty/index.htm#WriteLog),
then run "Convert CT to WriteLog", but choose the option to "Convert
alternate prefix database" and select cty_rus.dat -- see:
