[WriteLog] Semi functioning F keys on new W& computer

The function keys do not respond to commands to send cw.  Although,  the %B 
worked and the F11 clear does not.
 
Running:   Windows 7 on 64 bit machine
                microHam  keyer
                Writelog  10.85K 
 
CW keying works fine with paddles only.
 
System worked fine on cw and rtty before moving to new  machine.         
 
Any suggestions as could not locate similar problem in Writelog  archives.
