[WriteLog] Archives and Writelog.ini in Vista

Where is the link to the WL reflector archive files?

 

I just installed WL on  a new to me laptop running Vista.  A search of the
computer reveals that there is not a WRITELOG.ini file after the install.
Anybody know where it may be?

 

I know this was discussed before but I cannot find the WL archives
