Have been using WriteLog since Oct. 2000.
Mostly Multi-Single. at VP5DX.
In the last 10 years have only had to restart 3 times.
None in the last 4 years (that I can remember).
Restarts were due to computers slowing down rather than a full stop.
at rates as high as 6 / min. for hours buffers would be overloaded.
At these rates need the computer to keep up with the typist.
Restarts were quick and painless.
The instant recovery of logs on both computers (sometimes 3 computers)
   was the reason for using WriteLog in the 1st place.
Computers using XP (700 mhz PII)  internet (either direct or sometimes
thru a 3 rd computer with or without WriteLog) Not up to date computers.
73,629 contacts in log during this peroid just at VP5DX.

Have never needed to restart at home as a single op.
