What is your operating system? Sounds like your program is not finding the
wl_cty.dat file or you have not run the Convert CTY to Writelog utility. In
the WriteLog program group run Convert CTY to Writelog and download the
latest wl_cty.dat file. Then click on the Convert wl_cty.dat button. Now
restart WL and try to enter a call and see if it works correctly.
