[WriteLog] Using WL with the K3's DVR

Can Writelog's message memories be used to send voice messages from a K3's
DVR as can  be done in N1MM (see http://www.dseven.org/ar/n1mm-kdvr3 )?
This is done by sending "CAT" commands to the radio to emulate pressing
buttons on the radio.
