[WriteLog] Gray out window rtty

I am using V 10.86c.  I would like to run the cq ww rtty this weekend. 
Found out that under Window the Rtty window is in gray.  I cannot bring up 
the window.  I did a browse and the ARRL roundup rtty works fine.  Any quick 
fix out there? I am using Microham and it reads ok. OS is Vista
