My serial port "issues" seem to be getting worse with V10.84D so I bit the
bullet and downloaded V11.1 (full) after paying my fee.
BTW, thanks for making the payment process much easier than I remember.
V11.1 refuses to install.
My machine is a 2G quad core running W7-64 (home). I've installed other
stuff that used the msi installer so I don't think that is the issue.
There are six files in the zip:
MSChart.exe
Setup.exe
SetupFullWithLog.exe
SetupWlFull.exe
WlFull01.cab
writelog.msi
I ran all three installs. Each gave the same failure: It seems to be
looking for a file that it can't find but it won't tell me what file. This
was right at the beginning of the extract process and after i gave it my
new secret code. It was obvious that it didn't finish.
There is a log file which is quite long and the details are over my head,
but the final lines are:

Any help appreciated. I hope to be on in the Sprint if I can get this
running. If not, guess I won't be.
