For anyone puzzled by why the 'Band Map on 2nd VFO' menu item is grayed out
in the WriteLog Windows menu ...
A. This feature is only available for rigs with (1) a second VFO, AND (2)
WriteLog rig drivers that support the second VFO.
B. The confusing thing is that the 'Windows/Band Map on 2nd VFO' menu item
is grayed out until you load WriteLog with a PREVIOUSLY SAVED configuration
(writelog.ini and Registry WriteLog update). In other words, when you first
setup a supported rig in Setup/Ports, the 'Band Map on 2nd VFO' menu item
remains grayed out until you exit WriteLog and reload.
