[WriteLog] Va QP Cabrillo file contains extra RST data

Hello,

Is there a way to get the Virginia QSO Party WL contest module to ensure
the Cabillo output does not contain the extraneous RST info?  It is the
only contest logger with this extra data forcing an embarrasing special
handling of writelog Cab files during post contest log analysis.

Note the WL module for the California QSP generates a Cabrillo file format
that is perfect so it is clear it can be done.

Is this something a Writelog user can customize?
