upgrade for anyone who has purchased the full version of WriteLog since
April, 2011. This excludes the "Newbie" version, which does not include
any free upgrades. If you are running an earlier version, go here to

WriteLog 11.04 includes the following new features/fixes:
* NMQP rules update and cabrillo file fix
* VAQP cabrillo file update
* Fix installation files omitted from 11.03 for 60m support

This quick turnaround on a new version was due to changes needed in this
coming weekend's NMQP as well as a bug related to 60m support.
