[WriteLog] MIQP Module

This is for info only:  I have noted for some time that switching from  one 
WL module to another has some challenges.  Some State QP modules hang  up 
[not all QP modules] and when reset the packet module does not close and has  
to be done via CTRL-ALT-DELETE.
 
This weekend the MIQP module hung.  When reset there was a loss of 46  Qs.
 
Using Windows 7.
