[WriteLog] New NJ QSO Party

I noticed that there is a new New Jersey QSO party in July with a different 
sponsor. The existing WriteLog module lists a serial number, no RST, and a 
mixture of 3 and 4 character county abbreviations. The new contest requires 
RST, no serial number, and a 6 character county field. Is there an updated 
module in the works?
