[WriteLog] Change Operator function lost in ver. 11.04

I have up graded to version 11.04 from 10.86 and now the change operator
function does not work.

I was running networked PC for Field Day three were Windows 2000 pro one was
Vista home and one was Windows 7.

All worked fine before the up date

This was a real problem this past weekend during Field Day as I had to edit
all of the networked logs and add the operators in on the GOTA station and
others.

HELP !!
