[WriteLog] ARRL 160M Contest and the new VE3 sections

Hi,

My WL 11.06 has the new VE3 sections installed for the ARRL SS contests,
but not for the ARRL 160M which also uses ARRL sections and RAC sections.

Yes, I have used the file/webdownload thing but it does not update the ARRL
160M contest.

Has this been overlooked or am I missing something?
