[WriteLog] Pop & Pop Report

I tried setting up the Pop and Pop Report function but I think I have it
incorrect.  Can someone help me with the correct step by step setup?  Ed
W0YK gave me a setup sequence awhile ago but I can't find what I did with
it.  Thanks for your help.
