[WriteLog] 2nd radio band map

Apologies for my series of dumb questions but I am once again struggling.

I can open a band map for one radio.  I can open one for the second VFO on
the same radio but I am struggling to open a band map for the 2nd radio.  I
didn't seem to have this problem with earlier versions so I guess something
has changed.

How do I open a band map on my second radio?
