[WriteLog] Mouse_wheel_hz

Hello,

I have started using version 11, and I have MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ=200 in my
writelog.ini file under [configuration] but it is being ignored.  The
mouse wheel goes 10hz per click no matter what I set this parameter
to.

Any thoughts?
