[WriteLog] RE WRITELOG ini file lower CW speed

In WL ini file anything less then 20 in CW_MIN=15 ((( does'nt work ))) for 
CW WL lower speed then 20 wpm for ex: 15 or 12.About CW configuration CW 
speed
I   WAS LOOKING FOR 15 WPM

About WL port / cw speed presentation board ??????
