[WriteLog] writelog wont open

Hi, 
IM currently running writelog version 11.07D with windows 7.. Recently I 
developed a problem where writelog wont open. Initially the sign-on screen 
appears but when I choose a log to open or try to start a new log the writelog 
screen goes blank and reverts back to the windows screen. Please advise.
