just looked thru the menu system for the FT2000D and see nothing other 
than item #065 which has to do with the internal keyer delay which is 
set on the minimum 15 ms but don't see where that would  effect the 
winkey... I may have to go back to letting the computer do the keying 
and put up with the occasional stutter. thanks, Cort K4WI
