[WriteLog] LocalDupeChecksToPacket not working

I have the following in my writelog.ini file:

 

[ENTRY]

LocalDupeChecksToPacket=1

 

However dupes that show up in the Band Map (with dupe color) are not
appearing in the Packet Window.

 

It used to work. Not working with WL 11.16G.

 

This is important for general logging use. Is there any other way to disable
dupe checking?
