It is.  The OP needs to make sure he has unshift on space (USOS) turned ON.

OR ... you can look at the top row of keys on your keyboard.  :-)

I know from experience that "FFGIERYWBENCSJKFVHSFI&%^&%SFT726" is the
tail of my callsign without the LTRS.
