[WriteLog] NA Sprint CW prefill history file

I'm a bit behind on this one, but just finished putting together a prefill 
file for the NA Sprint CW contest coming up this Sat.  The file contains 345 
unique calls from the 2011 - 2013 contests.  The link below will take you my

For those unfamiliar with making a prefill file work with WL you might also
