I am trying to set up for ARRL DX SSB.
Using WL 11.25a on Windows 7 and the YCCC SO2R+ box. This box does the mic
switching.
Mic is wired into sound card #1. The output comes from the speakers of
sound card #2.
I tried using the traditional sound board mixer settings for one device and
2 radios. But, the YCCC box is expecting a mono signal so it only works on
the left radio.
I tried the new mode where you put one radio on each sound card. The doc
implies that if you set the output so both xmtrs are using the same sound
card out then it will support having an external box do the mic switching.
It works fine on the first radio. But, when I switch to the second and hit
F1, I get an error message "WriteLog Sound SendWave Error". Once I get this
error, nothing works and trying to play any message gives the same error. I
have to reboot to get things straightened out.
Anyone else have the same setup. What am I missing?
