Not into Win 10 yet, but in previous Win versions you had to be logged in as
Administrator to make changes to files in the Virtual Store locations.

I'm switching over to a Win 10 box. The writelog.ini file that is being
modified is not located in c:\windows. I've determined the writelog.ini file
being modified is in C:\users\Work
Station\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows. However, when I load Writelog
after modifying that file location, Writelog doesn't recognize the changes.
What am I missing?
