[WriteLog] ARRL 160 Contest

WL 11.31a crashed several times in ARRL 160 CW Contest.
It might be me as I have had many problems since upgrading.
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.  Back to 11.30c.  Will see if 1130c crashes and it its my 
system.
