Instead of part of the exchange why not name an entire contest for him ?? Like 
the "Stew Perry Top Band Challenge" in December.
I worked AL9A often. I could count on him even with my antenna restrictions and 
only able to use Hamsticks.
We truly have lost two of the best contesters in just a few months (KL7RA + 
AL9A).
