I believe in a contest situation (most of) the contest modules for rtty
will fix this and therefore you will not notice in a rtty contest . But in
regular dxing activity its a bit of a pain. Unfortunately the cw band also
overlaps with rtty segments especially on a band like 40.

It is possible I believe by editing your bandmaps using the external edit
band utility to make an exclusive rtty segment per band but I am not that
familiar with it having used it just a couple times.
