[WriteLog] CSS and 'headphone split'

I've got CSS going with WL 12.09 and can hear audio from both 'radios'.
Problem is, it's not following the active radio. In the WL 'radio'
drop-down, everything other than 'headphones normal' is greyed out. Will
installing the VAC change that?
