I use MMTTY for my everyday RTTY ops. I have it installed in a folder
called C:\MMTTY. MMTTY.exe resides in that folder.
With RTTYrite open select TU Type then Set up TNC. In the box displayed
type the path to your MMTTY.exe file, or browse for it. Make sure Add -C
(off for 2Tone is checked, then click OK.
That should make the MMTTY interface show.
