[WriteLog] K3/0 and Writelog

Has anyone successfully got the K3/0- K3 combination to read the freq. using 
Writelog? 

If so please explain or a diagram would be nice for the cabling. I have had no 
success with WL and reading the K3- K3/0. 

I have operated remote but had to chase down spots the old fashion way.
