[WriteLog] Loading new May CTY-2015

Has anyone had problems loading the new [WriteLog] CTY-2705 Country Files -
05 May 2017 ??

I cannot seem to get mine to take the May addition, I keep coming up with
last months April addition.

If you have no problem, any idea what might be wrong? I am using the
CONVERT CTY to Writelog method.
