[WriteLog] JARTS Cabrillo tip

For those of you submitting for the JARTS contest last weekend, in the drop
down that you can't read, class A is the high power single op and class B
is the low power.

NOTE to the developers: JARTS isn't using this terminology any more and if
you could update the drop down it would be appreciated. "SOHP" and "SOLP"
would be fine.
