[WriteLog] Country file updates

AD1C just announced the new country file updates for CQ WW CW.  I opened WL
and followed the usual process for updating country files.  It did it.  But,
when I type in VER to see the version, I get 20180301.  Not the date I was
expecting.

 

It is my understanding that WL pulls from the AD1C site (country-files.com),
but want to confirm.  Anyone else seeing the same as I am?
