[WriteLog] FT8/MSK144 for ARRL January VHF Contest

This weekend's FT8 RU seems to be a success.

But, we also need the UDP Listener to work for the ARRL VHF contest, which
is two weeks after the ARRL RTTY Roundup.

FT8/MSK144 make up over 90% of my VHF contest contacts. It would make
logging much easier, if WriteLog added UDP Listener support for the VHF
contests.
