[WriteLog] CW via K3 CAT command?

I know Writelog can send Elecraft K3 CAT commands, for example, in
WRITELOG.INI:

[Elecraft_K3_commands]
Macro_10=KY CQP N6EE;

could then send "CQP N6EE" in CW on the K3 when I use %GK10 in a function
key.

But is there a way to send DYNAMICALLY GENERATED text, such as the %C,(the
call in the Entry window) or %3 (3 digit serial number)?

In N1MM+ you can do this with something like:
F2 Exch, {CATA1ASC KY {EXCH};}
