It's a known issue. Until it gets fixed, you can output an ADIF file from
WriteLog and submit it to the WW-Digi ADIF converter here:
https://ww-digi.com/adif/
It's been tested and works.

Online log submission rejects my DigiRite/Writelog Cabrillo file. It
complains that the wrong data is being read - or out of sequence I think.
Here's the error (repeats for all 49 QSOs):

errors in your log file.
Line 23 Sent GRID [+00] must contain two letters and two numbers (4 char

checking program or DigiRite/Writelog need updating for compatibility. Or,
did I not properly configure my Writelog format? I simply selected New
Contest, then WW Digi contest. I made no changes to Exchange Format -
perhaps I should?
