[WriteLog] Audio configuration won't save

I must be doing something dumb. 

 Every time I turn off my computer, when I start it up again, the sound board 
routing has changed in WL, and so I have to go through the inputs and outputs, 
and change several of the drop down boxes to get WL to route my audio 
correctly. 

Each time I hit Save Configuration, and Save for the program, but it always 
changes after a  computer restart.

Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?
