[WriteLog] Module for the CWops 10th Anniversary Celebration in January 2020

The CWops Club will be celebrating their 10th anniversary this January.  The
Club will sponsor an operating event in recognition of this milestone.  I
was wondering if someone would be willing to develop a WriteLog module to
support the event?  If so, please contact me off list I will share with you
the rules we have put together.  I think the rules will be easy to implement
in a module as they are very straightforward.
