[WriteLog] Contest Super Simulator updated

is updated to version 1.15.02.

There are several small feature updates, but also a fix to a bug in the
previously published kit, 1.14.02, that prevented the CSS from
responding properly to "dueling CQs" on CW (or any action that quickly
switches the TX focus between radios as CW messages end.) The the web
page or the downloaded ReadMe.htm for more detail.
