[WriteLog] Parsing QSO Party Rover Logs for LOTW

Seems like I remember a parsing routine that would parse a log for a rover that 
cover several counties to be submitted to LOTW???

Does anyone have a link in this area?

Does WL include some features to accommodate this area?
